Check power and cable connections first. If you restart your equipment, allow it to finish reconnecting before testing again. For a persistent problem, a service representative can work through the next steps with you.
I’m moving within Metroland.
Have your current and new address ready. Your available services and equipment may change at the new location. Start with Check service; a representative would confirm the move details.
My equipment still has the older LSB logo.
You may see both LSB identities during the brand renewal. A logo change alone does not mean equipment must be replaced. Service and equipment notices explain when action is needed.
